Sunshine Coast Hinterland
Many vineyards are being established in this region including Flaxton, Montville, Maleny, Kenilworth, Gympie and Eumundi. The vineyards have been showing promising results.

South Burnett
Located north west of Brisbane, the South Burnett is bordered by the Great Dividing Range and the flourishing red paddocks of Kingaroy. This region is the fastest developing wine area in Queensland.

Details: Stone Ridge Vineyards produces wines of great character and length of flavour, through highly individual and innovative winemaking styles. The wines are soft and drinkable when young but also have great cellaring potential. Stone Ridge has won numerous national awards for its wine. Spicy Shiraz is the speciality of this winery and has been acknowledged as being one of the best Shiraz wines in the country as well as Queenslands best producer of Pinot Noir.
