D'Aguilar Ranges

Sunshine Coast Hinterland
Many vineyards are being established in this region including Flaxton, Montville, Maleny, Kenilworth, Gympie and Eumundi. The vineyards have been showing promising results.

South Burnett
Located north west of Brisbane, the South Burnett is bordered by the Great Dividing Range and the flourishing red paddocks of Kingaroy. This region is the fastest developing wine area in Queensland.

Details: With vineyards established over 10 years ago, this winery has earned a reputation for producing many fine whites and great reds. Severn Brae Estate was named Best Queensland Red Wine 1996 and 1997. As well as traditional wines, this hi-tech vineyard also yields some interesting, experimental wines. Visitors are invited to stay for lunch or enjoy an espresso coffee and homemade cake in the winery's caf.
