Details:Preston Peak's Toowoomba cellar door offers an extensive range of wines to suit all palates and prices, from gold medal winning Chardonnays and Reds to the famous 'Golden Gleam'. Travel four kilometres past K-Mart on Ruthven Street and turn left to join Tourist Drive No.3 at Preston Boundary Road. Leaving the highway behind you the Preston Peak Winery is only four kilometres, so slow to a scenic pace and enjoy the views. Dry stone walls terrace the vineyard into the steep escarpment. Panoramic views unfold as you drive past the vineyard. Table Top Mountain, Toowoomba's Middle Ridge, the Lockyer Valley, Darling Downs and Hodgsonvale can all be seen from the Cellar Door. Enjoy a glass of Preston Peak wine while looking over the majestic views or relax in front of the open fire. Take a stroll on the lawns - the ornamental deciduous trees and the extensive vineyard reflect the changing seasons. A great place to visit year round.
